The National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL), India’s first and largest depository, is stepping into the capital market with a significant public offering. The IPO opens from July 30 to August 1, 2025, offering shares in the price band of ₹760 to ₹800 with a face value of ₹2 per share. This is an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 5.01 crore shares, aggregating up to ₹4,011.60 crore.
Investors can bid in lots of 18 shares, and there’s an employee discount of ₹76 per share. Despite the large size, NSDL isn’t diluting equity pre and post-issue shareholding remains at 20 crore shares, suggesting only existing shareholders are selling.

2. Laxmi India Finance

Laxmi India Finance is making its way to the exchanges with a fresh issue-cum-OFS IPO, opening July 29 to July 31, 2025. The issue is priced between ₹150 to ₹158, with a face value of ₹5. The total issue size is about ₹254.26 crore, including both fresh shares and OFS.

3. Aditya Infotech

4. Sri Lotus Developers
